How to Claim Service Credits

  1. Monitor your service: Track API availability through your dashboard or monitoring tools
  2. Calculate downtime: Document the duration and impact of any service interruptions
  3. Submit a claim: Contact support@mapatlas.eu within 30 days of the incident
  4. Provide details: Include your account ID, affected time period, and services impacted
  5. Receive credits: Credits will be applied to your next billing cycle after verification
