Who We Are
MapAtlas is the mapping API platform of MapMetrics B.V., Amsterdam. We provide GDPR-compliant mapping, geocoding, routing, and location services to businesses worldwide.

Service Usage
By using MapAtlas services, you agree to use them in compliance with applicable laws and our acceptable use policy. Commercial use requires an active subscription or pay-as-you-go plan.
Limitation of Liability
Services are provided "as is" with reasonable efforts for availability and accuracy. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.
Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services with reasonable notice. Significant changes to terms will be communicated to users in advance.
Storing API Results
You may store and cache results returned by MapAtlas APIs and use them in your own applications and services, for as long as you need them. Where results contain OpenStreetMap data, credit "© OpenStreetMap contributors" wherever they are shown to end users. You may not resell or redistribute stored results as a standalone dataset, or use them to build a competing mapping or location data service.
This does not apply to map tiles and imagery (no bulk or offline caching beyond standard browser caching), real-time traffic data, or data from third-party partners such as partner points of interest, school ratings and transit timetables, which may be displayed but not stored or exported in bulk. Enterprise datasets are governed by their own agreement.
